Policy

South Africa:

Payment is due on receipt of invoice. Places are confirmed once full payment has been received. A full refund is due if cancelled 31 days prior to the retreat after which the payment becomes non-refundable. If a replacement is found, we will issue a refund less an administration fee.

India:

Payment is due on receipt of invoice. Places are confirmed once full payment has been received. The retreat is non-refundable. If a replacement is found, we will issue a refund less an administration fee.

Covid-19 Policy

If your cancellation is Covid related and is supported by relevant documentation, and is within the 15 days period prior to the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund.

Privacy Policy

We will never share your information with anyone. Your email address is held stricktly to send you news of Cape Town Retreats.
